Studio Policy
1. GRIP SOCKS: Grip socks are required for all classes. Choose from our fun options of Toesox and Tavi Noir at the studio or bring your own.
2. CLASS BOOKING: Use the Club Pilates App, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, for convenient bookings on the go! You'll be notified via email once you've cleared the wait list and have been added to the class, at which point you're subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy.
2.1. WAITLIST INSTRUCTIONS: If you book on the waitlist, please check in at the front desk the day of class, and inform them of your waitlist status. This way, if there are no-shows, you can take an available spot and avoid incurring a late cancellation or no-show fee. If you know you won't be able to attend the class as a waitlist participant, kindly remove yourself from the waitlist in advance.
3. ARRIVING TO CLASS: Please make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early for class. Clients may not be admitted to classes if they are more than 5 minutes late.
4. LEVEL UP: Instructor approval is required for Level 2+ classes. Please check with our staff before booking so we can keep you safe and successful!
5. CANCEL BOOKING: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class booking, please do so 12 hours or more prior to the class. Failure to cancel will result in the following: Class-credit members will lose a credit; Unlimited and All Access members will be charged $15 for a Late Cancellation or $20 for a No-Show.
6. MEMBERSHIP FREEZE: Freeze requests must be made 14 days before your next invoice, unless there is a medical issue. Memberships can be frozen up to 4 months for a $25 per month freeze fee.
7. MEMBERSHIP CANCEL: To cancel, please provide 30 days' written notice before your next billing date for all auto-recurring memberships. Breaking the 3-month agreement will incur an early termination fee of $100. All memberships will continue to bill unless written notice is provided.
